Every item is handmade by me, one knot at a time. Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations may occur, making every creation truly one of a kind.
Custom Orders
• Custom orders require 50% of total paid before work begins.
• Once materials have been purchased or production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• I will happily work with you throughout the design process to ensure your vision comes to life.
• Minor changes may be accommodated before production begins but cannot be guaranteed once work has started.
• Untangled by Gina Marie reserves the right to decline any custom project that falls outside the scope of business, presents safety concerns, or involves materials that cannot be reasonably work with.
Gift Orders
• Gift wrapping for small orders only (keychains, car charms, etc.) is available for an additional charge to be determined at purchase.
• No Pricing included in gift shipments
Rush Orders
• Rush orders available when my schedule allows.
• Additional rush fee may apply.
Custom Antler, Skull & Euro Mount Art
I offer custom macramé artwork designed specifically for customer-supplied deer antlers, skull caps, and euro mounts.
To ensure compliance with applicable wildlife laws and regulations, customers are responsible for providing legally obtained antlers, skull caps, or euro mounts. By submitting materials for a custom order, the customer affirms they have the legal right to possess and transfer those items for artistic customization.
Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must provide their own antlers, skull caps, or euro mounts.
• Materials should be clean, dry, and free of insects, odors, or excessive debris.
• Any loose or damaged portions should be disclosed before shipping or delivery.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending their mount to and from Untangled by Gina Marie unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping & Liability
• Every effort will be made to handle your mount with the utmost care and respect.
• While reasonable precautions are taken during handling and creation, Untangled by Gina Marie is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing cracks, loose antlers, aging materials, hidden defects, or damage occurring during shipping by the carrier.
• Customers are encouraged to insure their shipment for its replacement value.
Design Approval
• A design consultation, including color palette and style, will take place before work begins.
• Once the design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Processing & Creation Time
• Every piece is handmade to order unless otherwise stated.
• Processing time: 2-4 weeks; times may vary depending on order volume, complexity, holidays, or material availability.
• If an unexpected delay occurs, I will contact you as soon as possible
Shipping Policy
• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
• Orders are shipped after production is complete.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
• Once your order has been shipped, Untangled by Gina Marie is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond my control.
Local Pickup Policy
• Free local pickup by appointment
• Orders must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. If not picked up within 30 days, customer will not receive back their deposit and project will be posted as available for re-sale.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and include photographs of the packaging and product.
• Lost packages should first be reported to the shipping carrier.
• I will gladly assist in filing a claim whenever possible.
Returns & Refunds
Because each item is handmade:
• Custom orders are final sale.
• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if returned unused and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Cancellations
• Ready-to-ship orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped.
• Any custom order cancelled after production has started will result in loss of $50 deposit. * Does Not Apply to Personalized items
Color & Materials
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or mobile device.
• Natural cotton cord may contain small variations in texture or color, adding to the handmade character of each piece.
Product Care
• Intended for indoor decorative use unless otherwise specified.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight.
• Spot clean gently when needed.
• Handle with care to preserve the integrity of the knots and fringe.
